Veterinary Summary from Dr. Edward Fritz, DVM who was in attendance during the original investigation of the Auburn puppy mill.

The court document filed by DA Owens in his “Notice to Decline in Prosecution”. Of note is the ‘decline to prosecute’ contradicts or omits key points about neglect that Dr Fritz reports in his summary document.
